Anchors and Pearls Wisdom Teeth Survival Kit

So today I'm getting my wisdom teeth out (yay....). I've prepared a little Wisdom Teeth Recovery Survival Kit.

The necessities are:
1. Popcicles (my favorite are the Outshine fruit popsicles).
2. Fruit and a blender for smoothies (we have a Vitamix).
3. My favorite tervis (no straw) for cold drinks.
4. An ice pack. I found this cute one at T.J. Maxx.
5. Netflix

I'm ready to spend a few days just relaxing and watching netflix before my summer really gets started.

Any tips for a fast recovery??

  1. Haha I love this! Especially number 5. YES. I got mine removed last summer and did all of the above.

    1. Yes the netflix has been very important as I haven't been able to do much else!

  2. Hang in there, sweet girl! My biggest tip for recovery is to follow the doctors orders. I had a pretty fast recovery, and I avoided solid foods for a few days and straws for quite some time. It will be SO worth the pain!

    1. Thank you! I've mostly been living off of smoothies and applesauce but otherwise it hasn't been too bad!

  5. I was literally in a daze for a couple of days after getting my wisdom teeth out. Good luck girl!
I actually ate a lot of mac & cheese for some reason.

  6. Good luck! I actually didn't have a bad experience. I got all four of my wisdom teeth out at the same time, but I didn't have to take any drugs. I did have poofy cheeks. I lived off of mashed potatoes.

  10. I hope you're feeling better! I had complications with my wisdom teeth unfortunately, but once I got past that it was smooth sailing. I have one of those ice packs that I got for my 21st birthday. They're absolutely wonderful!
